Here's how to get in on the fun!
There are two types of festival tickets for Hey Neighbour
- General Admission Festival Ticket
- VIP Festival Ticket
The General Admission Festival Pass gets you access to all the festival goodness, including all stages, food stalls, bars, installations, and ablutions.
Once your festival accreditation is activated, you’ll be able to enjoy each day of the festival with your wonderful Neighbours!
Upgrade your festival experience with our VIP Festival Pass, which includes everything in the General Admission ticket plus access to a dedicated VIP area with its own seating area, vendors, bars, merchandise and amenities. This is your space to take a breather and absorb everything the Hood has to offer without the crowds.
Remember, the Full Weekend tickets are valid for all 2 days so guard it with your life!
The residents of The Neighbourhood are excited to welcome you to the neighbourhood, but as you can imagine, there are costs involved!

When you purchase your festival ticket online at www.tickets.heyneighbour.co.za you will be given the option to apply for payment terms through our official Payment Plan.
This is to ensure that despite the costs, you don’t miss any of the excitement! We will need some information from you in order to help process your credit… but fear not, it is a small step in getting you to the magic of the Hood!
