Here's how to get in on the fun!
There are two types of festival tickets for Hey Neighbour
- General Admission Festival Ticket
- VIP Festival Ticket
The General Admission Festival Ticket gets you access to all the festival goodness, including all stages, food stalls, bars, installations, and ablutions. Once your festival accreditation is activated, you’ll be able to enjoy each day of the festival.
Upgrade your festival experience with our VIP Festival Ticket, which includes everything in the General Admission ticket plus access to a dedicated VIP area with its own food stalls, bars, and merchandise. You’ll also have access to our Gin & Bubbles garden, a relaxing oasis away from the festival crowds.
Remember, the 3 Day tickets are valid for all 3 days and cannot be transferred, so guard it with your life!

The residents of Hey Neighbour are excited to welcome you to the neighbourhood, but as you can imagine, there is a cost involved. Hey Neighbour is an inclusive 3-day festival.

For a LIMITED TIME ONLY we will open 1 day only tickets for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday festival days.
Tickets are limited – you snooze, you lose.

Payment plans
We’re lending you some sugar, because you are our neighbours!
When you purchase your festival ticket online at www.ticketpros.co.za you will be given the option to apply for payment terms through On-Credit (Mobicred). They’ll help you out with a payment plan to make sure you don’t miss any of the excitement. They will need some information from you in order to help process your credit… but fear not, it is a small step in getting you to the magic.
